Ok fellas more help needed.
I have a Morgans Aussie Draught kit going and is close to being racked in the next day or two. When I brewed I added 12g of cascade hops and brewcraft dry enzyme. When I rack it I was going to add a cascade plug. The brew has been going well at 18 to 20c, the yeast used was safale. OG1043.
Now I have read in posts CC but cant find much info on it.
Is it ok to cold condition the above brew as it is treated as an ale?
If so do I rack dry hop then CC straight away or is it best to rack and leave it at room temp?
Is putting it in the fridge a quicker way to condition the beer?
How long in CC for an ale?
If I make sure fermentation has stopped I take it I wont need an airlock?
Lots of questions there I know ..but as they say a little knowledge can be dangerous
