Quick question people..... have done some research about the order of CC, racking and fining and there seems to be some variation. What do you do?? I have been racking/fining then CCing???? Correct??

None of the above. Ferment, let settle for a couple of days, bottle.

Although, I have just acquired a fermenting fridge so I will probably head down the CC (and pilsner) route very soon. I don't think I'll bother with finings though.

most finings work better if the beer is cold. i cc for a couple of days before gelatining and polyclaring in the keg. if bottling you could rack to secondry or fine in the primary fermenter.
