I've been waiting for the LHBS to get a new supply of Citra in, they finally have so I'm planning on a heavily hopped pale (this might not even be that heavily hopped), combining the citra with some cascade I already have in stock after reading that they combine nicely; and using some millennium for bittering as I have that in stock for bittering purposes.

I've used 60L crsytal for all my brews to about 8% so far and want to drop it for this to see if I can have a drier brew, I also want to try Maris otter as the bulk of the grain just for the sake of it really, I am open to changing the oats to wheat malt if it seems more appropriate, or adding it into the bill aswell. I think I just wanted to use some oats that I bought for the craic at woollies.
I already have the Vienna malt, and some roasted barley but doubt it would go in this.
so my thinking is as follows.
