I will be getting some fresh cascade hops what beer should i make with them? Any recipes?
Thanks

Elissa IPA clone for a stronger beer, or Brooklyn Summer ale clone for something lighter, Elissa is an all Cascade, Summer Ale is dry hopped with Amarillo if I remember right but you can sub that for Cascade. Both recipes are available on line.

Its hard to go wrong with Cascade IMO. Heavy late additions, whirl pool, hop stands, dry hop. Pale Ales.
Fresh you mean wet? or just dried? Either way just use 4 times the weight if their wet.

Yeah was thinking a sierra pale, dried hops, what's the calculation for dried hops?

You can enter them in as 'whole cone' hops into most brewing software.

Any APA. I use them for my pale ales (no clones) for flavouring and aroma.

An APA with 3:1 ratio cascade and galaxy (2.1g/l cascade to 0.7 g/l galaxy) late addition then dry hop in keg opposite 1:3 ratio. It works...
