G'day

New to brewing here and am after some bottles

I can get my hands on quite a few Carlton draught 750ml Longnecks (screw tops)

Just wondering if they ok to use for home brew
I have a bench capper that says it can be used on screw top.

Just want to make sure before I place my first batch of liquid gold into them!

Cheers

Yeah mate, have at it... they arent as good as say Coopers Crown seals, but I never had an issue with the twist tops I used.

Thanks Yob

I will try and build a collection up of coopers

I have quite a few James squires stubbies they are awesome bottles

to be honest mate, I never did stubbies... double the time on bottling day and twice the washing/cleaning.. longnecks all the way :beerbang:

that said I do have a host of grolsch bottles but I think they are different... and the only time Ive used them was to put mid strength brews in for the good woman
