Hey,

Have a brew that I am planning to bottle soon (stable hyrdo readings pending). The carb drops I have say 2 drops for 650-750ml bottles, however my bottles are 640ml. Am I safe to use 2 tablets per bottle?

2 per bottle will be fine but you may find your carbonation a little on the high side, but nothing too extreme.
Look into bulk priming, allows much more precise priming levels.
When using carb drops I used to cut some in half (with a big bladed kitchen knife) and use 1 1/2 drops per bigger bottle.
Try some bottles with both, 2 in some 1 1/2 in others, mark the bottles and see down the track what difference it makes and which you prefer.
