Yep, you're right about the maximum temperature, not the minimum (that'll teach me to try and post something knowledgable whilst drinkin'). So in your example, you would base your calculation on the 22 degrees temp point.

yep always the highest temp. Think of a bottle of beer - take it out of the fridge and open it - when beer is still cold it has carbonation, but as it warrms up it will progressively lose fizz. But if you put it in the fridge and cool it, it will NOT carb up again. CO2 content will remain as it was.
