Canadian Blonde Ideas Help Please

thanks for looking .i was given a tin of coopers canadian blonde i would like a partial to use with this as i would like to get a nice light beer made up for summer drinking now what i am after is a full bodied larger which will have an alc % of aroun 4 no higher .also i donot want to over hop this from hopping in the secondary. rather have a malty beer than bitter also if i ferment in the fridge as a larger style (my fridge holds at about 4 deg c on high) will any larger yeast take that sort of chill .

so i have the tin what else do i need to do a partial to get a fine result

Never tried it before, so I won't be of much help.

The coopers cans seem to be very much hit or miss- some are really good, while some are pretty ordinary. Like their beer, sometimes...
