Bottling this one tonight. FG is sitting consistently on 1.018. Fermented nicely, bubbled away for 2 weeks, cold chilled for the last week. I was wondering if high hop and or high IBUs can affect the target FG, and if so, is there any way of calculating? Or does BrewMate already do this and I have just missed target?

3 points off target will be fine to bottle, but just good to know in terms of future high hop brews.

As far as i know IBU level should not interfere with proper attenuation. I'd e looking at your mash temp or yeast health/pitching rate/aeration

Single step Infusion at 69C for 90 Minutes
10% Crystal 80

These 2 elements in your recipe may also contribute to your higher
than expected FG. Maybe drop the mash temperature a couple 3 or 4
degrees with that much crystal in the grist.
