I've got all the bits for my travel setup but just wanted to check.
It looks to me that once the reg is attached to the cylinder it can't be removed without losing whatever CO2 is left in the cylinder.
Can anyone confirm this though?
Cheers

You will lose a little bit but not alot, there is a small pin that needs to be depressed on the top of the bottle for the gas to come out. When you disconnect it this pin will lock and gas flow will stop.

P.S next time you only need to post once. ;)

Disconnect mine all the time. Cylinder is only "open" when connected to reg and centre pin is pushed in.

So make sure to unscrew it quick :)
