It's a shame Deuchars IPA isn't imported to Aus because it's a bloody good IPA brewed in Edinburgh.

I'm trying to create my own localised version of a Deuchars IPA Clone using ingredients I know I can get / understand. I'm fairly new to AG and the Brewing Recipe planners so I thought I'd post here what I've worked out and see if anyone has any comments.

I bought a carton of it about 2 years ago from 1st Choice... I guess they don't have it anymore then.
 
My wife's family name is Deuchars and we pick some up for her dad a few years back
