Its only just over 3%, how much of a buscuit taste should I expect. It is still in the cube and will ferment it in a couple of days, have not tried a sample yet. Im planning on dry hopping some Tetts as well.

Thanks

I don't think you should be too worried about the biscuit, Helles are all about the malt, your's just may be a little maltier. Not sure about dry hopping it though as you've probably got an appropriate level of hop character from your late additions already. What yeast were you going to use?

cheers

Grant

Thanks Grant,

Im not overly worried but its nice to hear it from someone else.

I will hold off on dry hopping till ive had a couple of tastes, still quite new to dry hopping.

Ive got a starter of Wyeast Munich lager going like a rocket, going to brew at 13/14 (my cellar temp)

Cheers

It is my personal preference to avoid any flavour/aroma hop additions in a MH. I just place all the hops at 40 mins. Cheers

Should be tasty, I like the Bohemian Lager Yeast for the Helles as well. It's a great style and you only really get to enjoy it fresh if you make it yourself. Tis one of the great joys of homebrewing.
