Bulk Priming Rates

G'day lads,
I'm a newbie to homebrewing & am about to embark on bulk priming for first time - am over the carbonation drop method.
My questions are:
#1 - What is the calculation for bulk priming with dextrose?
and
#2 - What is the calculation for bulk priming with LDME?

The dextrose is to go in a pale ale & the LDME is for a malty/hoppy ipa.
Both are to be brewed at around 21ltrs.
