Hi everyone, I'm keen to organise pick.

We have 20 bags so an order is possible - but there is availability for more bags of goodness on this pallet. Another 20 in fact!

Round up everyone we know and let's get the count up and finalised.

Let's target close of orders 8:00pm Monday 11th May.
We'll get the PM happening and everyone will have till Friday 15th to send me their money. I'll finalise - send around the order confirmation for final check and then Steve can order on Monday 18th.

Freight arrive in BNE Wed/Thu and we can all coordinate with Steve (and each other) to pick on Friday 22nd / Saturday 23rd

I use the wey dark wheat in a dunkel weizen recipe I am trying to nail down. The dunkel ends up a very dark chocolate brown as opposed to black

Any sort of dark wheat beer would be a good use for it.

Very keen for dunkel. Count me in.

The Weyeramnn Dark Wheat is the same price as the pale wheat. We also tried the Gladfields Roasted Wheat in a brew demo up The coast yesterday great product.

Hi The Mexican I take it you are Blairy?

In regards to crystal what brand are you chasing?

Can do the following - BB Caramalt, Gladfields Light Crystal (same price as shepards delight etc)
Sorry was looking at substituting Simpsons for Gladfields Light Crystal so dont have quite enough to fill 1/2 bag.

Also have the following Med Crystal - BB & Simpsons.

Dark Crystal I have BB & Simpsons.
