Hey guys, i got some of this not long ago. I want to try it out. From what i can find it seems to be a biscuit type malt, but with some slight sourdough flavours. Most recommend a brown, or dark ale to use it in. I was thinking of trying half in a mild, and half in a schwarz.

Who's used it, and what do you think???
 
I've used it in american ambers, milds and stout - very nice malt. Probably should be called "Special Toast" as the flavours are more toasty, and the colour is quite pale (100EBC)
Def recommended.
