Hi guys.
I am no chilling & wish to get 23lt into my cube & am a bit puzzled as to the set up in Brewmate.
If I simply add 2lt to my trub & chiller loss settings & leave my batch size at 23lt, I assume I will only get 21lt into the cube?
If I set up my recipes for 25lt, knowing that I get 2lt losses to trub & chiller, Leaving the trub loss to chiller at 0, I should get the 23lt into the cube, correct?

23lt batch is what ends up in fermenter - the calcs take care of themselves (trub etc etc). Set trub to whatever (mine is 2.5L) and the adjustments in strike and sparge happen by magic. I set brews to 21L and get about that into fermenter......
