Sorry the order went in yesterday.

These are available for 3 months, so I can put you down for the next order?

Apologies.
No need to apologise Steve. I've got enough hops, grain and yeast to see out a nuclear winter. If you could add to your next order, that would be great.

Far out, I don't need any more yeast but the 3822 is amazing, so please put me down for one of those.

For folks who haven't used it before, it attenuates really well, has a really balanced phenol / ester profile (not over the top) and it also produces quite a bit of acid (for sacc). Great in pale beers and even darker Belgians / stouts. Get some!!
Hi Shacked,
Yeast is in.

Cheers Steve

Legend. I'll place my order later this week if that's cool. I'm on the road at the moment (Melbourne) and my travel schedule is not conducive to impulse purchasing / overspending (which you know I love to do...)

Clear your head man, have a beer. Then place an order!

The yeast is tucked away in my fridge so no rush.

Cheers Steve

Starting the next Wyeast order with a bit more time.
The last one was a little late notice and some missed out.

The seasonals are the same as last month.

Also if there is anything special you want tac it on.

Seasonals.

3822-PC Belgian Dark Ale

3538-PC Leuven Pale Ale

3463-PC Forbidden Fruit

Let me know if you want any of these.

I haven't set a date on the order going in, but I expect in about 2 weeks.

Cheers Steve

The T-45 Hops are in stock. Been packing the Tettnang and Saaz tonight and they smell amazing.

For those that are not sure what T-45 means.
This is a higher grade of hop compared to the T-90 Hops. As a result they are higher in potency and therefore you need less, or use the same amount and get more bang! So less vegetal matter. They are the highest grade hop pellet. For T-90 Hop Pellet 90% of the Hop cone is converted to the pellets, (The best 90%). For a T-45 Pellet 45% of the hop cone is converted to the pellets, (The best 45%). So T-45 is a premium pellet with higher Lupulin content by weight.

But for me they just work a treat!

We have current crop year of these classics:

Hallertau Mittlefrue
Saaz
Tettnang

These are all on Dealz at the moment.

Here is the link to Dealz.

Cheers,
Steve
