Im completely out of the game currently but Ive got some space in the freezer for choice selections

Private collection until September.

Update on Brewman news.

Wyeasts are still in good supply.

On Malts.
Weyermann Pilsner.
I have the Wyermann Floor Malted Dark Pilsner. This is a great malt, darker than the rest of the Weyermann Pilsner range, but if your not after a really Pale Pils / Lager then this is well worth a try. Even blended with the Paler Weyermann Pilsner malts.
A brewery in the Hunter Valley are using this malt quite a bit and I had the pleasure of visiting the brewery and tasting the beers and they were top shelf. Testament to ingredients and brewing practice.

Weyermann Pilsner Range consists of:
Weyermann Pilsner
Weyermann Premium Pilsner (Extra Hell - Extra Pale)
Weyermann Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner
Weyermann Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner - Dark (Comments above)
All are available.

Books. (At Cost)
I have had a number of enquiries on the Handbook of basic brewing Calculations.
So time to get an order going. Good Xmas presents too.
Let me know if you would like a book. Once I get enough orders, normally at least 12 books, then I will go ahead.
The price on the website is now $87. That was the cost of the last book order, even though they sold at $75. If we get more orders the price should be better.
