Wyeasts arrived today.

All pre-orders accounted for and packed ready to go.

I know there were some brewers that missed out but we are probably ordering again soon, so let me know what you want.

Some new hops on Dealz. Some English varieties there.

Voyager malts are arriving soon.

Wyeast Order Time

Let me know if you want me to order them for you fresh off the plane.

The private collection is below, and this is the final month of these three, so could be the last chance for 12 to 24 months to get these.

If you like these ones, get on them because after September, there is no time frame for when they are available again.

If it’s not too late, would like to order:
5526 Brett lambicus
3724 Belgian saison

Time to order Wyeast.
We stock most strains all the time.

This call is if you know you want something special, or just don't want to miss out.

Let us know what you want.

Order will be placed next weekend.

Private collection is.

9097-PC Old Ale Blend

Species: Saccharomyces cerevisiae & Brettanomyces blend

To bring in a bit of English brewing heritage we developed the “Old Ale” blend. It includes an attenuative ale strain along with a small amount of Brettanomyces. The blend will ferment well in dark worts, producing fruity beers with nice complexity. The Brettanomyces adds a pie cherry-like flavor and sourness during prolonged aging.

2782-PC Staro Prague Lager

Species: Saccharomyces pastorianus

This yeast will help create medium to full body lagers with moderate fruit and bready malt flavors. The balance is slightly toward malt sweetness and will benefit from additional hop bittering. A fantastic strain for producing classic Bohemian lagers.

1581-PC Belgian Stout

Species: Saccharomyces cerevisiae

A very versatile ale strain from Belgium. Excellent for Belgian stouts and Belgian specialty ales. Ferments to dryness and produces moderate levels of esters without significant phenolic or spicy characteristics.

@Brewman_ I will take 1 of the 2782-PC Staro Prague Lager

Also, do you know when the 2487 Hella Bock Lager is going to be available?
Hi Jimmy,
Order noted.

Wyeast surprisingly do not have a schedule. I have asked for such a number of times, and they say they don't know.

So sorry can't help with when it is coming.

I personally this they could do better than what they do in this regard. It's a little disappointing.

Cheers Steve

Ok thanks, will wait for you to let us know when we can get our hands on the Hella.

Bye the way I still have a couple of the Forbidden Fruit from the last Private collection. Strain 3463

Wyeast arrived last night. There were a few not supplied by Wyeast. I'll PM those with shortages later today.
Cheers Steve

Wyeast order is going in this weekend.

Let me know if there's anything you want on this order.

I have a cancelled order on a Wyeast PC.

PC-1581- Belgian Stout. This one is fresh off the plane, one only.

First in gets it.

Note this yeast wont come around again for quite a while being a Private Collection.

Cheers Steve

Wyeast order time.
And it is a new range of Private collection yeasts.

These have not been seen for some time. I think this may be the first time 2001 Urquell has been made available as a PC.

I need to place an order ASAP my stocks are low. Get in fast if you want these babies.

Here's the private collection.

2352-PC Munich Lager II
Species: Saccharomyces pastorianus
From a famous brewery in Munich, this strain is a low diacetyl and low sulfur aroma producer. An excellent choice for malt-driven lagers.

2001-PC Pilsner Urquell H-Strain
Species: Saccharomyces pastorianus
With a mild fruit and floral aroma this strain has a very dry and clean palate with a full mouthfeel and nice subtle malt character. It has a very clean and neutral finish.

1217-PC West Coast IPA
Species: Saccharomyces cerevisiae
This strain is ideally suited to the production of West Coast-style American craft beers, especially pale, IPA, red, and specialties. Thorough attenuation, temperature tolerance, and good flocculation make this an easy strain to work with. Flavor is balanced neutral with mild ester formation at warmer temperatures, allowing hops, character malts, and flavorings to show through.

Cheers Steve
