Dealz Update.
Just added some Spec malts.

These are fresh, uncracked and packed by the Kg in plastic barrier bags. In fact they aren't packed, I will pack these to order from the Brewman Malt stocks. So if anyone wants larger bags I can do that.

Limited time on these malts. I want to clear a sack or two.

Prices are around half normal Brewman retail.

When this was packed, we noted the definite spice notes. Below is a bit of info on it. Haven't brewed with it yet.

Alpha Acids 5.6%

Crop Year 2016.

Distinct spicy notes.



Closely resembling Strisselspalt, but with higher oil and alpha content, Aramis is the first variety from the Comptoir Agricole breeding program.



Aroma: Specific aroma descriptors include spicy, herbal and subtle citrus.
