Hello All,
Will be hosting an All Grain brew day - this Sunday 18th Mar 07 at the BrewInn Barossa ~ Lyndoch SA.
Dough In at 10.00am - can take upto 6 hours.
Beer will be a Westmalle Trappist Trippel.
Aiming for 40 ltrs with OG 1081.
Happy for an Assistant Brewer to put thier hand up - BYO fermenter and $30.00 and u can walk away with 20ltrs of Trippel fermenting with 3787 Wyeast.
For those interested - BYO some meat for a BBQ.
Will be plenty of sampling from the 6 beers on tap and also hope to have some commercial Westmalle Trappist Trippels on hand.
