Hi guys.
I boiled my wort in the keg, sealed the keg and left it outside overnight. Next morning I aerated and pitched yeast. I am going to ferment in same keg with hot and (if any cold) brake in there. When finished I plan to transfer to another keg using the dip tube inside fermenting keg (filled tightly with hop flowers) as a filter.
Any comments on this method?
