Hi guys.
I boiled my wort in the keg, sealed the keg and left it outside overnight. Next morning I aerated and pitched yeast. I am going to ferment in same keg with hot and (if any cold) brake in there. When finished I plan to transfer to another keg using the dip tube inside fermenting keg (filled tightly with hop flowers) as a filter.
Any comments on this method?

Arthur, as you are probably aware, there are quite a few issues with your brewing methods that are not ideal.

If your gear will not let you cool your wort rapidly and transfer to a fresh fermenter, your finished beer will suffer.

Upgrade your equipment so you can chill the wort rapidly and transfer to a fermenter leaving the hot and cold break behind.

It is your choice to use hop flowers as a filter. It may or may not work.
