I'm would like to get hold of a book or two on recipes and would appreciate any feedback.

I am looking for something which will allow me to brew to a specific style while allowing for some scope to experiment. At this stage I am intending to brew (full boil) extract + steeped grain but am hoping to get into all grain a bit further down the track.

Things like Clone Brews (though the idea of the title done not really appeal), Designing Great Beers, Beer Captured or Brew Classic European Beers at Home all sound like they are along the lines of what I'm after - but I'm not sure which would be the most helpful.

One thing I find with the books I have is the reference to grains, malt etc which are not available in Aust (forget Perth) - are there any books which take this into consideration?

TIA
