These things look the bomb - dual probes, hot / cold switching - wifi enabled for browser control and temp logging. Step mashing? Ramped ferment? no freaking tiny buttons and lcd panels?

Well, looks good to me. Could build a whole brewery around that little number.

Looks like a pretty sweet system to control fermenting fridges. Can it handle a mash like a PID?

More pertinent question, can it handle 240V, like comes out of my wall socket?

Manufacturer says you'll only need to use an adapter/swap the plugs out.

I love the fermenting fridge idea. I'm definitely going to convert my little bar fridge fermenter into that. Then it should be able to hold maybe 3 fermenters in there
