Has anyone considered the option to have a brew day at a location somewhere that anyoneinterested can bring there equipment and brew? Not really a war or a comp just a day to allow brewers to brew and let others see all the varietys of gear and see others in action. :D

Been a few of these in QLD. Old Chap chap hosted one that had local and interstate brewers using their rigs. IIRC there were 5 or 6 going. stillscottish also has hosted a similar day. It's very doable.

Cheers

yes a couple of years ago I recall. Where is Chapo?

We've had a few with the Western Sydney Brewers.

Bit of a hike from the Central Coast, but they can be fun days.

Youll often find local brew clubs have days very much like this.

The IBU's have a big brew day every May to coincide with the (inter)national big brew day. This year we had 3 brew going simultaneously, with more in some of the previous years.

I'm sure there'd be something very similar on the central coast for you to check out.

I dont have a rig but i would still take my little burner and my little pot and brew a little extract beer.....hahahaha..im all in for this idea.
