Brew Frame is all done ! See pic. Had some issues with incorporating a gas rail into the stand. The thickness of the steel was thinner then most brew frames so we had alot of leaks around welds. So am making a stainless steel rail out threaded pipe.

Nope not too hard just a matter of leverage. Glad I went with just two banjo burners ! Those cast iron burners are like boat anchors !!!
 
That looks great, nice work. I plan to do something similar one day....

Is it black steel spray painted?
 
Hey Mr B . It was silvery gal but I painted the welds and just kept going. So far so good with holding up to the heat.!

Wow - Neat effort!

Really like the height - my brew bench (ebay - handyimports) really is too high for brewing... At 900mm, it makes the top of the kettles are uncomfortably high. (Time to get out the hacksaw, baby!)

Make sure you get some pics of it being used. ;)
