Brew Club In Sydney?

Hello Everyone?
I have just moved to Sydney form the States and am looking forward to brewing again.

I was looking for a club in Sydney. I just cant seem to find one. I live in Newtown and dont have a car so that puts a limit on my mobility.

Can anyone help me?

The closest brewers group in Sydney would be the Northside brewers.
They meet the first Wed of the month in Lindfield.
See this thread giving the details of their last meetup.

We have a club down in Wollongong, Called The IBU's (Illawarra Brewers Union) you are more than welcome to attend. On the train from Newtown to Bulli is about 1.5 hours at the most.
