4gms for 23l. Pretty simple there's some who say to user cold water and some warm. I just mix it in a bit of room tmperature and it seems to go fine.

Gotta hydrate it first. Make a slurry with it and a half glass of water. Stir it in so it's fully dissolved, and pop it in. I used it last week. It's good gear. Makes whirlpooling easier, and you get almost no trub in your fermenter.

I've read a few different ways, I just throw it in dry at flame out and give it a good stir, it works excellent. Defiantly can see a better floc than when I used whirlfloc; and the beers end up very clear in the glass.

From my understanding you do need to store it pretty well. I've got mine in the original bag folded down a couple of times and pegged shut, then put into an air tight container. So far so good.

I just sprinkle mine on the surface in the centre of the vessel 10 minutes from end of boil, as you say it works excellent.
