Hi All,

Being relatively new to using a BM and step mashing, I've done a few brews with the default settings which would i guess yield a light body beer. Before the BM ive always just done single infustion mashes 64 for light body, 67 for med and 69 for full body.
Just wondering what mash schedules other people are using LB MB and FB beers.

I do understand basically about beta and alpha enzymes and how they impact on the fermentables.
Thanks

Not just a search for it answer, but... if you search using the google option and your exact topic title, you may want to have a read of the very first search result. There is plenty of good info in it.
