I recently bought too much grain to make a yorkshire bitter. Below are my ingredients.
5.8kg MO
0.4kg crystal malt 60L
0.2kg torrified wheat
0.06kg chocolate malt
This will give me an expected OG of 1.064 for a 23l batch.
How should I fix my recipe so that I get an OG of approx 1.045.
I have a 30l fermenter and a 25l fermenter and am mashing in a grainfather.
Should I dilute my recipe and if so how much water should I add?
Cheers
