So I bottled a pilsner 1 month ago and I've looked at it today and there's a shit load of crap in the bottom of the bottles, so I'm thinking can I strain it? And put it in my sterilized kegs? Its alcohol now so is infection an issue? Is it worth doing

No, just chill it for a week to pack the sediment down, then decant carefully and drink.

Keg the next one.
