Bohemien Pilzner

[THE DRUNK ARAB]

I tried this beer at the Coopers Alehouse tonight. It is supposedly made by CUB.
It isn't too bad, not as dry as a genuine pils, it is very much like a Stella but with a little less fruitiness. It is brewed using Saaz but aroma was undetectable.
I think it's good to see the big boys trying to improve their range. Has anyone else tried it?

I saw that the other week and gave it a go too.
It comes from the Matilda Bay brewing company, (which I believe is now owned by CUB).

I quite enjoyed it too.

It says they are in todays "Sydney Morning Hearald" Good food guide. They also say that Sydney will be getting a "Matilda Bay/ Sail and Anchor" brewery when a suitable site is found!!!
