I need to heat an all grain single brew of approx. 32litres , vessel is about 45 litres. I am uncertain ,go electric or gas?.
I am using a 40 litre urn to strike and sparge.
Just need to boil, fast ramp up , good boil all that.
Blichmann has some bling that cleaver brewing is selling.

I am leaning towards electric as it would be cleaner easier to use and pack up, anyone using one of these ?
