My keezer is fairly small, (2 full size cornies and 1, sometimes 2, 9L cornies on the hump).
factoring in my brewing rates (fairly high and consisten) to my consumption lately (much lower than production) i'm often wanting for keezer space.
a while back i blended a stupid strong (flavour) stout with a bland ale for a premixed black'n'tan, quite nice drinking.
not as far back, i blended the remaining black n tan with leftovers of a different ale.
tonight i blended it again, to empy a full size corny and create more keezer space.
I must say every blend has been a really nice drop..
kind of like the barrel of port where you keep adding different ports and brandies..
anyone else blend? and mulltiple ideas?
