Hi all

Managed to get home this arvo at 4pm (too hot to chat to builders)

Washed and cleaned 24 bottles
Bottled my Marzen which has been lagering for 7 weeks, I made it on September the 4th
Washed and cleaned 24 Bottles
Bottled my Rauchbier whick has been laering for 4 weeks (treated the beer as a lager)
Cleaned the two class fermenters
Raked my Alt to one glass fermenter for lagering
Racked my Saison to the other glass fermenter for lagering
Dumped an ESB wort kit (Wheat beer) on the Saison yeast
Dumped an ESB wort kit (American Pale Ale) on the Alt yeast
Labled the marzen beer bottles and stored (under lock and key from you guys)
The wort kits were fermenting in 45 minutes

Missed dinner

the esb fresh wort wheat is pretty good. made it with whitelabs belgian wit ale yeast. added 20g crush corriander seed and 60g orange marmalade. kegged today. it wont last long....

That's a full-on afternoon, Barry! I didn't do that much, but I was busy last night.

- made 2L of wort for a Coopers yeast starter to be used in the AHB community ale
- made another 2L wort to step up a San Fran Lager yeast to be used in a pils I'll brew on Monday.
- kegged my English bitter (OMG it tasted so f&%^ng good warm and flat - can't wait for this arvo when it's gassed!)
- racked my Mountain Goat Pale Ale clone (with fresh Tasmanian Hallertau plugs - oh yeah I'm sold on the plugs!)
- cleaned all the fermenters, racking kit, etc.
- updated all my brew notes
- had two pints of my glorious Irish dry stout that I kegged on Tuesday
- collapsed into bed at 11.00.

Cheers - Snow.
