hey all,
i'm currently mid-boil and (was always going to happen, was just a matter of time), when i pulled the bag out for mash out, i forgot about my thermometer in the kettle and sure enough heard a slight rip. ended up grabbing it quick smart and there seems to be a smallish amount of grain in the boil now - less than a smallish handful if that.
will this affect the taste at all? astringency-wise etc etc?
i'll be whirlpooling it with the hops in any case but just wanted to hear some thoughts.
