Ok, none of the home brew shops are open as it is the silly season .. but I want to try a 2 can brew.

What yeast should I use, to choose from I have:

BiLo kit yeast x2

Brigalow brewing yeast (Imported from Europe [Apparently]) x1

or

Brewiser lager yeast (I bought is from Coles, on the back it says it is Y497 strain)

I brew in my laundry and the temp is maintained between 20-26 deg C

HELP!

Obviously a decent yeast would be preferable but unless someone in western sydney can offer some up I'll have to use what I have.

Check us out at www.ndbrewing.com.au
continuing to deliver free of charge to the Sydney metro area throughout the silly season
Cheers

Not the lager yeast if you are brewing at 20 to 26 degrees. And since you probably need to pitch a reasonable amount to try to get reasonable attenuation on your 2 cans, probably I'd go the Bilo cos you have more of it.
