I have a brochure from the City of Perth promoting a food and wine festival over March. There are events on all through the month including free Belgian beer tastings at the Belgian Beer Cafe in Murray St at 4.30 on 9, 16, 23 and 30 March.
Sounds to good to be true so it may mean you get a free thimble if you are at the bar at 4.30. And given how busy that place gets from about 4.30, it may be hard to get to the bar, but may be worth a shot.
Aha... I have found some small print:
"Conditions may apply to offers and events. Offers are correct at time of printing but may change without further notice ad are subject to availability. Not valid with other offers."
