Tried the Beez Neez, never found it worth the effort, might have been older bottles.

For a good honeywheat look in teh Skotrat archives for B52

Hi Warb, try a tin of Grumpy's 15 IBU wheat extract and 1kg of light coloured honey. Percentages of wheat, barley and honey will be roughly what Beez Neez uses. Ferment as cool as you can, Grumpy's supplies Fermentis S-23 (15-24*C).
