Thought I would start a thread here with BeerAlchemy Files that I have added for us Aussies and what we have available to us from our LHBS

I will try to keepp this thread uppdated as new ingredients are available

*** Make a copy of your existing files: Hops.plist , Fermentables.plist &Yeasts.plist in case you want to revert back to your original ingredients listing ***

Download the following zip file extract and replace the 3 files in this location
Home/Library/Application support/BeerAlchemy folder.

Start BeerAlchemy and enjoy

It is worth sending that through to the developer, he is normally quite receptive to adding extra grains / yeast etc.
 
I think "areomatic" is a typo from Ross that was never fixed up - should be AROMATIC.

I think he likes to keep the program generic and not full of all sorts of brand name grains.

I too have added most of craftbrewers grains into my ingredients list. However I find it hard to find accurate info for some of the figures needed.

Good idea starting this thread, I spent hours filling out my ingredients only a few weeks ago.
