looking at turning my 9.5L corny into a party keg and came across these. I like the compact design, but due to the lack of beer line would it froth significantly more?

or with a better tap:

anyone had any experience or have an opinion on these?

I use a picnic tap and hose with a charger. You can put the keg into different sized fridges and eskys that way. No foam issues as long as its carbed right and stays cold.
I would imagine these work ok.

Ive used the first one without a problem. Ive always had the 9.5L kegs on ice though. Never frothed at all.
The only thing you have to consider is space to put the glass when pouring a beer. If its too low in your esky, or there are other obstacles in your esky, like wierd **** you cant understand (I think its called wine or something) you cant get the glass under the spout.
But really, theyre great. Go for it.

I have often asked myself the same question.
If we are told that we need 2 metres of beer line to slow down the beer so it pours properly, how do you go with these taps.
The same with bronco taps with 3 inches of line.

I suspect you have to drop the pouring pressure way down, in which case you are losing carbonation each pour. Probably ok for a portable setup that is going to be consumed in a short while.
