Does anyone what is in a 'beer kit converter'?

The online shop description just says:


Add this to any basic pale ale kit to make a terrific full flavoured malty pale ale with lots of extra hop flavour. Use instead of the usual nominated ingredients.

The photo does not help either.

I saw a mention on this forum that it contains hops and sugar? Is that right?

EDIT: I am referring to kit #76 pale ale.
 
Which site is this from?
I'd guess it's dme and some hops to be steeped
 
I am looking at Discount Home Brew Warehouse, but it appears on many websites. I think it is made by Brew Craft.
 
The Pic looks like DME and some hops pellets
This is a good starting point to improve your beers
 
Are you are using pre-bittered kits as opposed to extract? You'll be looking at wanting to extract flavour and aroma components of hopping rather than bittering
