Beer Gas Refils Perth WA

Hello AHB'ers,

Has anyone been able to get a 2.6kg bottle refilled in Perth with beer gas instead of CO2? ie Cellarmix ect?

Or are we required to take out a second mortgage and hire an oversized one from BOC ect.

Is anyone using a CO2/N2 mix, if so is it better than just CO2?

I wouldn't worry to much about nitrogen, if your brewing method is reasonable, CO2 is all you need. Don't know where you are located, but PTS in Belmont are good for CO2 refills at reasonable prices and usually do it on the spot.
