Hi I am trying a tap that connects directly to keg, so no tubing. With the tap I am getting a lot of foam. I have had pressure at about 5psi for serving and has been fine with about 1/2 metre beer line. With tap is much more foam and I thought it would be a lot less with a wider open as in tap being wider than the line.. Thanks

I've been using a Pluto gun for a while now - no issues, but you have to be ninja-quick :)

The beer line slows it down and you get less turbulence resulting in less foam.

I had this same issue and posted a thread a couple of weeks ago, solved it by using a flow control inter tap and now store and pour at 12psi.
