So I started brewing this today, just mashing out.

And have just started to weigh out my hops when I discovered that I have forgotten to get more Chinook and Citra.

Can someone please help figure out some substitutes?

Hops I have are; 180g Amarillo, 180g Cascade, 125g Simcoe, 90g Hallertau Mittelfrueh, 100g EKG, 90g Magnum, 70g Northern Brewer, 38g Centennial, 30g Nelson Sauvin.

Replace the chinook with simcoe, and Citra with Amarillo.
You could also use magnum for the 60min addition.

Same amount for each Jase?

10g Simcoe @ 60

20g Simcoe @ 10

20g Amarillo @ 10

you have heaps of great hops there, you could sub the chinook for simcoe and change the citra to an extra centennial addition. It will still taste great.

Yes you could easily just keep it the same.

Thanks heaps Jase and Browndog! You have saved the day, and most importantly THE BEER!

Cheers

Make sure you keep notes of exactly what you used, bcecause it will be the best beer you've ever brewed.
