Beer Colour -srm Or Ebu

Can anyone tell me the diff between EBU & SRM in relation to beer colour. Is there a comarison chart i can get hold of. I guess its just the yanks being different to everyone else again? i don't know. :blink:

EBU is a bitterness unit

I never worry about color since we cannot really calculate or test it

Daniels p44 gives: SRM x 1.97 = EBC
