Well no big surprise your nectar of the Gods profile changes as it matures; however this time I have had a colour change, and in relatively short time. The beer, (early after kegging and reasonable time sitting in the fermenter under light co2 pressure, was, as about 9 srm when it went into the keg, a few days later it had gone to 12 +srm. The beer had significantly improved in a relatively short time, but this is the first time I can remember having a notable colour change. Any comments?

Really strange, because I have kept co2 on it during transfer and been very careful during other stages. At this point (at least) there is no real evidence of oxidisation, but we'll wait and see. If you're right, I best drink up before it all goes downhill
