I'll just settle for more widely available. I'm happy to pay a premium for a product where the primary driver is taste rather than making it as cheaply as possible.

Yeeeah but there's a limit (in my mind anyway). Like I went to the Darwin Beer Festival last week and they were selling slabs for like $120+ each and advertising them as a bargain ... I mean maybe if it was a 10% barleywine or something I could understand, but it wasn't.
