Chaps,

I have a copy of Home Brewing- The CAMRA Guide by Graham Wheeler.

Looking at his extract/Partial mash recipes is he talking about Dried or Liquid Malt Extract.

Good book rookster!

he talks about malt extract syrup. you can replace syrup with dried by dividing the stated amount by 1.2. Dried extract stays fresh longer and is easier to divide than the liquid
