I admit I'm not a huge fan of the wilder end of Vlaandrian Ales but I can usually at least finish the glass without choking.

Not so with this one. As the title suggests, it tastes like a sour / bretty farmhouse ale blended with sweetened balsamic vinegar. If that sounds like your thing, go for it.

You can have mine.
 
Haha. Again, another scenario were I like beer. I like vinegar. Never a blend of the two though. :barf:
 
Sounds like it would be a good ingredient for cooking game. Perhaps a roasted hog with sticky glaze?
