Just dropping a line to say Gday.
After having an unsuccessful crack at home brew about 10 years ago. I back to have another go.
Looking forward to the experiences and adventures that come with making beers.
Thanks.
Brendan

Welcome Brendan! I did the same thing and the best advice I got when starting back was temp control during ferment. If you can get an old fridge big enough to fit your fermenter and a controller to keep a constant temp (need a heat pad to raise temp as well). Was the best thing to improve taste of my beers, then it was a slippery slope into all grain brewing which took it up another level! Love brewing!
Cheers Bevan

Welcome, +1 temp control. Yeast selection is also going to improve the beer.
